HR Coordinator

$16.50 - $17.00
per hour

We are looking for a motivated, driven and compassionate HR Coordinator who will support the mission, vision and values of the company while providing first class customer service to our employees.
Responsibilities may include:
Responsibilities may include:
- First point of contact for new employees through new hire orientation conducted in person or virtually.
- Provide clerical and administrative human resource support and be a liaison between employees and the payroll, benefits and worker's compensation departments.
- Maintain employee related databases including employment records, benefit deductions and tax related information.
- Maintain personnel files in an orderly and up to date manner.
- Serve as first point of contact for current employees for any HR related inquiries.
Requirements for this position include:
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR laws.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills.
