Job description

Position works closely with our team on matters pertaining to the coordination of our campus recruiting program, corporate and branch office recruiting and human resource assistance. Specific functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and coordinating logistics for interviews, meetings and campus and career events
  • Posting and maintaining job postings to multiple job boards and universities
  • Coordination of team travel, agenda planning, meeting and catering arrangements
  • Preparation of campus and career event materials
  • Basic administration: answering telephone calls, typing, filing, mail, expense reports
  • Maintaining various spreadsheets
  • Inputting information into applicant tracking system
  • Ad hoc special projects

Position Requirements:

  • Must be extremely organized and detailed with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role in an HR and/or recruiting department
  • Candidates with experience posting jobs on boards, working with applicant tracking systems, managing spreadsheets and scheduling interviews will be given top priority
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as most of your day will be communicating by phone or email
  • Ability and interest in doing “whatever needs to be done”
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office: you will use Word, Excel, Outlook daily and PowerPoint sometimes. Must be adept at learning new technology
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with corporate and branch offices, career centers, candidates and others
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must submit and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Strong administrative skills (typing, phone manners, knowledge to answer basic questions, etc.)
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Overtime may be required during periods of high workload
  • Communication with candidates and hiring managers: - Scheduling interviews, arranging travel when necessary, electronically sending candidates directions, parking information, and interview schedule prior to day of interview, sending interview reminders and facilitating last minute interview schedule changes
  • Coordination of recruiting event logistics
  • Coordination of team travel, agenda planning, meeting and catering arrangements
