HR Business Partner
- This role is a generalist role managing all HR processes at the community.
- Previous HR experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Must have at least 2 years' experience with processing payroll, recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance and HR reporting in a high volume, fast paced environment with a heart to SERVE our Veterans!
- Champion the recruiting, selection, onboarding, and orientation process to ensure the Touchstone Experience.
- Coordinate team member Touchstone Experience committee to promote engagement and enhance retention.
Who are you? The Ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in human resources related field and long-term care experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience as a HR Generalist is required
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Superior oral and written communication skills required
- Organized and solution-oriented
