We're looking for a professional HR Assistant to join our office team. The HR Assistant will work directly under the HR Coordinator, and alongside the Director. The ideal candidate should have a professional, calm, and helpful attitude, be detail-oriented and enjoy having daily contact with others in the office staff and employees. Our company offers paid sick hours and an employer-contributed Simple IRA retirement plan for eligible part-time employees.

Required Part-Time Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Job duties include, but not limited to, assisting HR Coordinator with the following:

• Recruiting
• New hire process
• Labor and Compliance requirements
• Prepare and organize documents, such as travel documents and expense reports.
• Maintain employee records, such as payroll records, personnel files, and training plans.
• Phones

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
