About the role:

The Consultant Experience Advisor role is an exciting opportunity within the Consultant Experience team and reports directly into Senior CX Partner. The position is based at FDM Leeds. The Advisor is primarily responsible for providing support, giving advice and conducting reviews of FDM’s Consultants, who are based at client sites across the UK. The Advisor must have strong verbal and written communication skills, have a confident and positive attitude, as well as being a highly organised, self-motivated and efficient administrator. They must be able to work in a busy and dynamic environment and be able to consistently deliver on set targets. They must also be willing to be flexible with working hours and be able to fit in with consultant schedules, that may not align to the standard working day.

Delivery of a fantastic consultant experience is underpinned by the Advisor’s responsibility to provide a highly professional level of on-going support, before but mainly during the consultant’s placement on client sites. Liaison with the client, the consultant and CX Partner is critical to ensuring quality experience while resolving potential areas of concern or difficulty in advance.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for consultant queries, and helping to resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to onsite consultants
  • Engage with consultants via phone, email communication and in-person meetings at pre-determined touchpoints throughout their FDM journey
  • Regularly arrange and participate in engagement events and initiatives
  • Work with CX Partners to identify and resolve employee issues that may arise onsite
  • Feedback review outcomes and action points to account manager and senior management
  • Facilitate pre-placement consultant preparation workshops
  • Complete day to day administration tasks (such as updating systems, using spreadsheets, collating paperwork, sending out consultant updates)
  • Support wider Consultant Experience Team with ad hoc tasks and projects
