This position is responsible to deliver effective HR communication resources, to serve as the nexus for responding to employee, manager and HR questions about programs and processes. In addition, the position is also responsible for troubleshooting and identifying data issues, creating, auditing, and maintaining scheduled employee data reports from ancillary and 3rd party systems.

The salary range for this role is: $50,960 - $81,432.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with our HR Business Partners and HR centers of excellence leaders to understand their top people resource information priorities and provide solutions in partnership with Communications leveraging HCM and company communication tools including company intranet, messaging, and apps.
  • Advocate for the employee experience by partnering effectively with leaders, partners, and core teams to provide service to team members including educating them on how and when to use self-service tools.
  • Work with senior HRIS resources to compile, assess and use data to develop and deliver basic business metric reports to facilitate HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on people practices, systems, and resources to respond to inquiries by providing existing tools to solve issue or elevating to the appropriate HR resource.
  • Orient new HR team members on the HR Toolkit.
  • Partner with internal and external customers to resolve data anomalies resulting from the various inbound and outbound interfaces entering the organizations primary HCM system. Reconcile on-going files.
  • Responsible for the ongoing table maintenance of the primary HCM and HR systems.
  • Primary data auditor for all employee, job and other data related items entering the various HCM and ancillary HR systems.
  • Data and file maintenance of primary HCM and ancillary HR systems consistent with department records retention.
  • Assist with documentation and communication related to Leave administration, Benefits and Wellness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other closely related field preferred, or 3 years' equivalent experience in similar role in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources with data reporting responsibilities.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role.
  • Experience with SharePoint sites a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with various communication tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
