Job description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Housekeeping Surpervisor to manage our team of cleaners. The ideal candidate is capable of managing a large team of cleaners, delegating tasks and keeping everyone on schedule. A successful Housekeeping Supervisor will have an eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and an interest in employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Observe employees and stay informed about the daily activities of hotel staff.
• Follow the hotel policies and maintain a clean and safe working environment for all guests and employees.
• Talk to other staff to find out if there are any problems or complaints.
• Make sure that all equipment is working properly.
• Conduct room inspections.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
