Housekeeping Supervisor

• Lead, train and supervise housekeepers to ensure all properties meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees
• Send housekeepers back to properties as needed to correct issues, while providing positive coaching techniques.
• Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to provide assistance to coworkers to ensure they understand their tasks.
• Assign rooms for cleaning and inspect them to ensure quality is up to standards.
• Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, and diplomacy.
• Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
• Discuss work topics, activities, or problems with coworkers, supervisors, or managers discreetly and quietly, avoiding public areas of the property.
• Exchange information with other employees using cell phone.
• Collect and disburse housekeeper’s pay for units cleaned.
• Delete, change, enter guest codes on doors.
• Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of condos to the office.
• Report repairs needed in the properties to the office.
• Perform Housekeeping or Laundry Attendant duties, as needed to cover call outs.
• Assist with inventories such as supplies, laundry, and various items in properties.
• Manage projects such as changing air filters and Lost and Found.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Stage properties for guests arrival.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
