We are a multiple award winning hotel looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our back of house crew!
JOB SUMMARY:
The laundry department is responsible for the cleanliness of all linens in our hotel. Our housekeepers are responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all rooms and public areas. An ideal candidate will have a smile on their face and a "can-do" attitude!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have basic knowledge of cleaning, including products and operation of equipment. We will train you on everything else!
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Effective communication between guests and team members.
JOB DUTIES:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linen using commercial size washers and dryers.
- Stock housekeeping closets.
- Light linen inventory on a weekly basis.
- Basic cleaning and sanitizing of laundry area.
- Assist housekeeping with stripping beds and collecting linens.
- Clean rooms as assigned if needed according to brand standards.
- Any additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
