Holiday Retirement Village of Holiday Health Care is actively seeking a full-time and part-time Environmental Services Aide to assist our team with housekeeping responsibilities and sanitizing the facility.

Schedule:

• Part-Time (Roughly 26 hours per week) | Day Shift | 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Full-Time (30-40 hours per week | Day Shift | 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Flexibility to work 8:00 am - 4:00 pm if you prefer
• NO HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS

Physical Qualifications:

• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a physical
• Stand at least 90% of your shift
• Frequent movements including bending/stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, reaching, balancing, pushing/pulling, and occasionally crawling
• Must be able to use chemicals and cleaning products required to perform the job duties

Responsibilities:

• Use all housekeeping equipment such as dust mops, wet mops, brooms, vacuum sweepers, dusters, and other items required for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, windows, furniture and restroom fixtures
• Keep all equipment clean and in good working order
• Replace paper supplies, hand soap and other restroom supplies
• Thoroughly clean rooms as scheduled and prepare vacated rooms for use including: emptying wastebaskets and trash containers, dusting furniture and fixtures, and washing windows and sills
• May do some exterior work, such as cleaning sidewalks and driveways, removing litter, emptying out containers and sweeping entrances
• Check and document conditions in rooms as assigned
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor
