We are seeking a compassionate, friendly, meticulous Housekeeper to join our team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. This position will focus on housekeeping within the care center on the New Hope campus.
Position Available include working every other weekend and every other holiday:
- AM Shift working every other weekend 8:30am - 5:00pm (16 hours per pay period)

Location Information
Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our five Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Robbinsdale and Woodbury.
Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 168 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care.
Responsibilities
Providing high quality housekeeping services. Cleans all areas of the building and furnishings; transports wastes; carpet cleaning; maintains supplies and performs other related duties as assigned.
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Must be able to follow written and oral directions and work independently.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with other workers and the residents.
- Must have a basic understanding of chemicals used in housekeeping.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Experience
Preferred- Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial work desirable.
Education
Required- High School or better
