Housekeeping/Laundry/Kitchen Aide Position (Full Time – Every Other Weekend)

We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a housekeeping/laundry/kitchen aide.

This is a cross-trained multi-department floating position.

This position will provide cleaning services in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment as well as work a few days a week in our laundry and kitchen departments.

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices using cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
• Clean and sanitize floors, equipment and furniture according to infection-control policies.
• Handle and dispose of waste using standard procedures.

Laundry Aide Responsibilities:

• Delivers soiled linens to laundry; sorts, washes, dries, hangs/folds and returns clean linens to linen closets and resident rooms.

Kitchen Responsibilities:

• A Kitchen Aide prepares and cooks basic food items using proper equipment and established food preparation techniques.
• Readies food on time for service.
• Sets up serving area and prepares meal trays in accordance with menus and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
• No Experience required
• Flexible schedule and reliable
• Multi-tasking skills
• Availability to work every other weekend.
