NMS in Kotzebue, AK is looking for a dynamic, hard-working individual to join our housekeeping team at the Maniilaq Health medical facility as a full-time Housekeeper.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER

As a housekeeper, every day is an adventure! You come into the medical facility and start each day off with enthusiasm as you make beds, vacuum, dust, and mop your way through the day. You handle any linen that needs to be changed, bathrooms that need cleaning, toilets that need scrubbing, and general messes that need to be straightened up. It's incredibly satisfying getting into your groove and checking off housekeeping tasks. At the end of the day, you look back at all you've accomplished and take pride in a job well done. You love to clean and make things sparkle!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOUSEKEEPER

Are you a self-starter? Can you properly perform housekeeping duties with close attention to detail? Do you work well independently? Are you able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks? If yes, you might just be perfect for this housekeeping position!

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes.
• The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• This contract requires COVID-19 vaccination.
