Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are looking to hire a full-time evening, Front Desk Receptionist/Agent at the Innsbruck Inn at Stowe in Stowe, VT. The ideal candidate will be friendly and possess top-notch customer service and communication skills. Must be reliable and have excellent organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities. Front Desk Reception experience is helpful but willing to train the right person.

General duties include:

  • Greet and check in guests in a friendly and professional manner using computer programs and equipment.
  • Provide customers with directions to their room.
  • Inform guests of all on-site amenities and provide them with recommendations and information for off-site activities.
  • Handle all telephone reservations.
  • Invoice and bill guests for their stay and services used.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • One year Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to work more than 40 hours with flexible schedule, as needed.
  • Strong reception, administrative and organizational skills
  • Must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccine will be required.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
    • Sign-on Bonus terms will be discussed at time of interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Evening Shift 3:30pm-10:30pm

Weekends Required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
