We are looking for-

• Assist international guests through the digital self-service and sales tools available to them.
• Coordinate daily contact with guests personally or digitally.
• Assist with all concerns and resolve all matters to the best satisfaction
• Dynamic & enthusiastic individuals who can provide quality customer service.
• A well-groomed, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
• Someone who enjoys working in a diverse environment and very attentive to details
• Someone who can work independently and stay on task with little oversight.
• Background in customer service or event planning would be strong candidates as well.
• Be able to work weekends and flexible schedule.
• Enjoys working with electronic devices and email communication.
• Fluent in English.
• 21 years of age and able to pass a Motor Vehicle background check
• Employees are required to wear a mask.
