  • Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service is a priority in the restaurant industry. Staff members should possess strong interpersonal skills, be friendly, courteous, and attentive to customers' needs. • Knowledge of Menus and Ingredients: Depending on the role, having a good understanding of the restaurant's menu offerings, ingredients used, and potential allergens is important. This enables staff members to provide accurate information to customers and accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions.
