1-2 years previous experience serving in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.
The ability to stand for long periods of time.
The passion for guest service.
The ability to accurately receive guest preferences.
The ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
The ability to enjoy what you do and have fun in a team environment, while completing all of the above.
The Host/Hostess is the guest's first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of menus, menu ingredients and guest preferences. He/she forms part of the Food & Beverage Team and is dedicated to providing extraordinary quality and service to our guests. The Food & Beverage Host/Hostess position provides an unforgettable welcome at the restaurant conforming to Gate Hospitality standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. He/she works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
