Job description

We are seeking an experienced Host/Hostess to join our friendly, energetic team. The successful candidate is responsible for greeting and seating guests, suggesting menu items and drink orders, and bussing tables. A successful candidate will have prior experience in a casual dining or fine dining setting and can multitask while working efficient with a smile!

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet guests as they board the vessel.
• Meet and greet group leaders.
• Take photos for guests throughout the cruise and advise them to tag our social media pages.
• Walk around the vessel to answer any questions guests may have.
• Point of contact for film crews and media.
• Dedicated host/server for our evening dinner VIP program.
• Create "swag bags" for VIP guests.
• Set up reserved tables on top deck and in the dining room.
• Provide top-notch service to VIP guests for entire cruise (including early boarding, drink and food service, etc.)
• Work closely with food & beverage team.

Must be available nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
