The Casino Service Host’s foremost role is to provide impeccable service to VIP casino patrons. You will act as an extension of the Player Development Casino Hosts, collaborating on and executing customer service related tasks.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Responsible for upholding the highest possible level of customer service.
  • Coordinates with Player Development Hosts to provide personalized service when host is not present to perform tasks themselves.
  • Cultivate internal relationships to ensure seamless on-property execution by operational teams and proactively mitigates any potential service issues.
  • Utilize company resources including stadium suites, experiential events, engagement/participation marketing, cross-property selling opportunities, and existing customers to retain & service VIP patrons.
  • Fully comply with all applicable rules, regulations, laws & policies, and conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity and honesty.
  • Respond to and consistently meet the needs of clients.
  • Identify ways to increase efficiencies or improve products and services.
  • Clearly communicate programs/services to necessary stakeholders, seek their support and keep them informed of changes that may impact business.
  • Maintain knowledge of all happenings on-property and in market.
  • Develop skills to handle increasingly complex matters.
  • Politely give consistent, timely and accurate information and find the answer when unsure.
  • Project warmth and enthusiasm in person and on the phone; build rapport to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat visitation.
  • Eligible to receive tips & participate in quarterly & annual bonus incentive plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer facing role required; relationship-based experience with Casinos or Card Rooms preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read & write multiple languages preferred – Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Khmer.
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be proficient with customer Point-of-Service systems.

SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Working knowledge of State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules.
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions to maximize customer service experience.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have a systematic and process-oriented mindset to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
