RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet everyone who comes in the door and make all feel welcome
- Seat guests and review menu items
- Manage wait times and help make guests comfortable while they wait
- Take to-go orders in person and by phone
- Assist in packing and delivering to pickup person
- Assist in all cleaning protocols
- Adhere to all brand standards for food service
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Strong organization skills, able to handle a fast-paced dining room
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Highly professional and dependable
- Weekends required
