Come join the Redwater Team! We are looking for a Host to join our team at Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant. Redwater has 10 restaurants, 9 event venues, 8 golf courses, and 5 country club pools complete with cafes and bars! Job Summary:

· Our host is responsible for greeting and searing our restaurant guests

· Characteristics of the host include being a team player, having excellent attention to detail, maintaining a positive attitude, and being conversational and friendly with guests

· In addition to this, the highest level of professionalism to achieve the high standards of service and quality that Redwater is known for

Responsibilities:

· Greeting Guests

· Searing in proper rotation

· Managing a waitlist and reservations

· Bussing and resetting tables as needed

· Responsibly for learning the restaurant menu to execute carry-out orders

· Assist with set up of the restaurant for service and carry-out closing procedures daily

· Communicate with management when needed

· Complete all other assigned duties when necessary

· Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall success

· Follow health and safety practices at all times

Requirements:

· Previous host experience preferred

· Night, weekend, and holiday availability

· May at times have to lift 50+ pounds

· Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk carrying items

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
