Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Discharge Planner Sales Representative to promote and sell our senior placement agency services to hospitals and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales in the healthcare industry, with a focus on building strong relationships with hospital discharge planners and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, and other healthcare providers to promote our senior placement agency services.
  • Collaborate with hospital discharge planners and other healthcare professionals to identify potential clients and provide them with information about our services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings with hospital discharge planners, healthcare providers, and potential clients to promote our services and educate them on the benefits of using our senior placement agency.
  • Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to network with hospital discharge planners and other healthcare professionals and promote our services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hospital discharge planners, healthcare providers, and potential clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the senior placement agency team to ensure that clients receive high-quality service and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on building relationships with hospital discharge planners and other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, healthcare providers, and potential clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively promote and sell our services to hospital discharge planners and other healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
