We offer top financing options and multiple upgrades under one contract. Seeking a sales consultant with strong client rapport, excellent communication, ambition, and positivity. Role includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to reach business goals with potential for promotion to sales manager based on performance. Our two offices (Manteca & San Jose) act as hubs for the comfortability of our consultants across the bay area!

Responsibilities

  • Perform ethical and accurate discussions with customers in regards to energy usage, prospective energy savings and financial benefits
  • Assist with managing customer communications and expectations during the installation process.
  • Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
  • Maintain quarterly quota assigned by manager.
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Able to learn and pick up concepts quickly
  • Attend sales meeting couple times a month ( virtual and/or in-person)
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Versatility and the ability to adapt your presentation to a homeowner (based on their feedback or objections)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Some sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Have professional appearance and attitude.

  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Results-driven with a teamwork attitude.
  • Resourceful and accomplished research skills - ability to effectively utilize publicly available materials.
  • Strong communication skills are required.

Profile Preference:

  • Previous Inside Sales Experience (Preferred)
  • Consultative/Education based Sales approach experience ( Preferred)
  • Must have stable high speed internet connection & laptop

Job Types: Commission

  • Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year ( uncapped)
  • Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • No base
  • Weekend availability
  • Flexible days off

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
