Nurse Case Manager, under the general supervision of the Home Health Director of Nursing, provides comprehensive nursing services to individuals and families in the community setting. Emphasis is placed on meeting the needs of persons in their homes, upon promotion and maintenance of health and on early detection and restoration measures.

Serves Johonson, Douglas and Wyandotte Counties

Pay: $30 - $37.00 per hour

This position has a $12,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time Employment
