Job DescriptionHome Instead provides a variety of services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion. We are currently seeking full time and part time Home Health Aides (HHA) (CNA) (PCA) to become a part of our growing team. We have a wide variety of cases available in Melrose and surrounding areas.
Primary responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Providing personal care (incontinence care, bathing, transfers, etc.)
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Policies, protocols, and procedures in place to monitor and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure you will be protected while working
- We provide appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Home Health Aide or CNA certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Smart phone
