We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, friendly, well spoken team member with at least one year of success in home furnishings. Most of all, we're searching for a team player!

KEY RESONSIBILITIES
- Help customers select furniture and accessories for primary homes, vacation homes, and investment properties.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale in person and via telephone / email.
- Maintain store appearance, sales floor stock, store cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Communicate kindly and effectively with coworkers, vendors, and clients
- Consistently increase product knowledge
- Place orders and complete necessary reports and paperwork
- Work with vendors and representatives on orders, reorders, and product replacement
- Promote teamwork at all times by working together in a safe, respectful, supportive, and efficient manner
- Other tasks as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years sales or merchandising experience in home furnishings
- Enthusiastic, warm, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work shifts as scheduled, totaling 32 - 42 hours per week
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends as scheduled
- Dressy casual / professional attire (no jeans, shorts, or leisure wear)
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs (heavier merchandise with team assist)
- Ability to carry and climb an 8’ ladder without assistance

Our hours of operation are typically 9:30am - 6:30pm Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 7:30pm Friday - Saturday, and 12:30pm - 6:30pm Sunday. We schedule a variety of shifts to meet our needs.
