Location: Homebased
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday 11:30am to 8pm, Tuesday off work, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 11:30am to 8pm, Saturday off work, Sunday 9:30am to 6pm

You will join Capita as part of our VMO2 team supporting new and existing VMO2 customers.

As a member of our collections team you will help people across the country, as you understand their circumstances and educate them out of debt. What will you deliver?
- Taking inbound calls in a virtual contact centre
- Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported
- D ealing with a variety of customer questions and queries
- Taking payments, setting up manageable payment plans, offering short term discounts on their bills
