Travel Agent Partners who may require additional help to ensure customers Have a Lovely Holiday when booking a Jet2holiday in store.
What will you do in the role?
We are looking for individuals who share our passion for going above and beyond for our customers. You will have demonstrable skills to motivate and inspire your team to deliver great results. Passionate about delivering a VIP experience to our customers, colleagues, and partners, it is essential that you have recent and relevant experience of leading and coaching teams in a fast paced, customer focused Travel or Contact Centre environment, ideally within a remote working setting. You will be confident in using a range of management information tools and capable of drawing meaningful insights from these sources to drive performance improvement and determine coaching. Strong communication and influencing skills are key, along with excellent attention to detail.

Our Team Leader opportunities are available on a Full Time (40 hours per week) contract basis and working hours will involve weekend working. These positions are Home Based and as such you will have to meet our Home Working requirements for your workspace and broadband speed and be based in the UK.

What will you do in the role?
- Ensuring our Trade Partners receive a high standard of service at all times is key within this role and you will motivate your team of Trade Advisors to deliver performance targets across on their calls.
- With a focus on getting it right, you will ensure quality and performance monitoring is carried out regularly and feedback is collated and utilised effectively and administration tasks are completed in good time
- We are constantly seeking ways of improving our colleagues and customers experience - as a Team Leader within the Trade Department you will always be looking for opportunities for us to be more efficient and productive, working innovatively to find solutions that support our Trade Partners and our business
- There is a clear focus on working collaboratively across departments - you will build strong and effective working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
