Waikiki Crawling is looking for fun, entertaining people to lead our History Tour Pub Crawls. As a Guide, you'll take visitors from around the globe to 4 bars and provide a History Tour along the way.
Our Aloha Pub Crawl teaches guests the history of Hawaii they may not hear on other tours, from the Makahiki festival season to the illegal overthrow of Queen Lili'uokalani, and even Pele's favorite drink.
Pay:
Guides earn a flat fee of $50 per two and a half hour tour and make more than that on tips from guests at the end of the crawl. On average, guests tip $5-$10 per person. We take groups of 1-12 people each crawl with larger numbers for private crawls.
Who We Are Looking to Hire:
Responsible, energetic, and outgoing people with passion. We want people who love going to bars, enjoy public speaking, and like to meet new people from around the world. We will only consider applications that complete the questions on this posting.
The ability to memorize and present a script is important. Therefore we are looking for people with presentation backgrounds such as actors and teachers. However, this is not a requirement.
Hours and Schedules:
Our pub crawls run daily from 3:45pm - 6:15pm, and 6:45pm-9:15pm.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.
Musts:
You must be 21+ years old. Guides are also not allowed to drink while leading a crawl.
