The Doctor’s Choice Home Health Services is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Home Health team! These skilled nurses will be able to see patients in the areas of their choice as they provide skilled care services to patients that are referred to our agency! We serve patients from Camarillo, Ventura, SF Valley, Los Angeles, Riverside, Palm Springs, Coachella, Glendale, Pasadena, and many more cities!!

• Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Thousand Palms, Cabazon, Desert Hot Springs, White Water, North Palm Springs, Thermal, Coachella, Mecca, Joshua Tree, Morongo Valley, Mountain Center

Minimum Requirements include:

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
• Must have minimum 1 year with a CA license in nursing as an RN
• IV Experience/ IV insertion (preferred)
• Acute Care/ Home Health experience (preferred)
• Wound Vac experience (preferred)
• Experience in EMR software (preferred)
• Provide skilled nursing services / interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse in CA
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
• Physical/TB from the last 6 months or sooner

Pay: $50.00 - $135.00 per hour
