Job Description:
At Keysight, we help the top Network equipment manufacturers, Service Providers and Cloud companies design, implement, test and rollout their Networking and Cloud Security products and solutions. We are a team of innovators, domain experts, and key contributors to the success of Networking Eco-system.
We are looking for a High-Speed Ethernet & Data Center Technology Test Business Development Manager in NEMs and Chipsets Business Development/Solution team. This individual needs to have prior hands-on working experience in wireline networking and needs to have excellent technical depth to drive customer conversations with senior technical users, architects, and managers. This position requires working closely with customers in Ethernet Network Equipment and Chipset manufacturers, Data Center network infrastructure & security companies, and Keysight’s R&D teams. The goal is to understand and provide solutions for customer’s High-speed Ethernet/Data Center/Edge/Core Networking from lab to production networks.
The job responsibilities include:
Drive and execute a variety of business, technical and marketing activities related to company’s High-Speed Ethernet and Data Center centric network infrastructure & security test solutions- Focus on High-Speed Ethernet networking infrastructure use cases and solutions
- Works closely with customers and internally to understand & prepare for the future of networking and Data Center technologies that will be enablers for disruptive applications like Metaverse and AI/ML that will leverage High Speed Ethernet switching, routing & DPUs
- Establish high level customer relationship & develop insight within key accounts
- Translate customer pain points and demands into clear solution requirements
- Influence and drive winning product roadmap and associated business plan
- Provide technical support and coordinate resources to win strategic opportunities
- Contribute & execute strong go-to-market plans
- Competitive analysis and technology assessment
- Authoring videos, application notes, white papers, and technical briefs
- Communicate effectively with cross functional teams
- Thought leadership and evangelist of Keysight’s solutions via public seminars, technical conferences, and customer visits
Job Qualifications
This job is a senior-level position and requires expertise and experience in one or more areas of Ethernet & Data Center/Core Networking, virtualization, network security and associated technologies- Ability and strong desire to pick up new technology areas that requires continuous learning
- Outstanding communication skills in speaking and comprehension; strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Understanding of current and emerging Ethernet standardization & related technologies
- Good understanding of networking technologies like traffic engineering, BGP, MPLS & Segment Routing
- Minimum 10+ years relevant industry experience
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment, both independently and or as a part of global distributed organization
- Strong leadership, project and team-building skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives involving multiple departments
- Knowledge of and hands on experience with Network Security is a big plus
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics or Computer Science. Masters or MBA is a plus.
