Details:
  • Summer 2023 | June - August
  • $20/hour
  • 30 hours/week
  • Locations: Greater Bloomington, Notre Dame, West Lafayette, Terre Haute, and Indianapolis areas
Responsibilities:
  • Drive visibility and availability of the product by placing POS and passing on sales opportunities and new areas of distribution; merchandise shelves with strategic shelf placement
  • Create and carry out a marketing plan for the summer, to include attendance to events and on-premise accounts
  • Become a credible brand and product expert: know the product ingredients and brand information
  • Visit local accounts to check stock and point of sale displays
  • Educate new customers on current and new products
  • Support in-store and on-premise tastings
  • Submit activity through pictures and updates to the communications team
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations
  • Consistently a professional demeanor and always courteous to consumers, campus and account contacts and all authorities
Competencies and Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Charismatic and outgoing personality
  • Must be at least 21-years-old
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Functional knowledge of social networking
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must provide own transportation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug test
