Danfoss in Easley, SC has an opening for a HIC Assembly Technician to join our diverse team. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for the assembly and bubble test valves according to blueprint and engineering specifications.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Load and unload valves into assembly fixtures. Transport valves to workstations.

• Retrieve information from computer on assembly instructions. Operate a label stamping machine.

• Use assembly drawings to build required parts according to orders.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Notify supervisor of shortages of assembly supplies.

• Comprehend and execute instructions from engineering blueprints.

• High School education or GED equivalency

• Must have basic math skills. Must be able to work standing for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively. Must have good motor skills.

• Must be able to read and write legibly. Must be able to work while wearing safety equipment.
