SUMMARY
Site Manager shall be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the contract at Fort Benning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Site Manager shall have complete authority to act for and represent the Contractor in all aspects of the performance of this contract
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
- Manages projects with no direct supervisory responsibilities.
- All other duties required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of ten years of aviation management experience, of which five years shall be commensurate with position assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of industry quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Aptitude to lead, manage and mentor team members.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, drawings, and technical descriptions.
- Skill to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicable systems/software.
- Capacity to demonstrate attention to detail, possess interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate programs to throughout the organization.
- Facility to identify problems and review related information to develop, evaluate and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment. It will frequently spend time in a manufacturing environment. Occasional travel and overnight stay may be required.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
