Cohoes, NY-based pavement marking contractor is adding to our labor team for the upcoming construction season beginning in April 2023.

Are you a laborer who holds a Class B CDL?

You will receive on-the-job training for every aspect necessary to install and remove pavement markings.

Activities can include traffic control and flagging, driving and operating various equipment, and installing multiple types of pavement marking materials. All work is in NY state, some travel is required.

Mechanically inclined is a plus!

Heavy Highway Construction Laborer/Drivers must be able to work variable shifts that may consist of days, nights, or weekends and overtime hours.

Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules are important.

The majority of our projects pay prevailing wage!

Mandatory requirements:

· Clean CDL Class B or greater

· Overtime

· Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing

· Day, night and weekend availability

· Some overnight(s) travel within New York State

· Complete a 10-hour OSHA Construction Course and Flagger Course – company paid

· Reliable transportation and ability to report to Cohoes, NY daily

· Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

· No experience necessary

The construction season is typically 9 months (April-December.) A favorable employment review generally provides for a call back to return for the next season.
