A top tier law firm based in Birmingham are currently looking to expand their Healthcare department seeking to fill Paralegal roles.
You will be employed to assist senior case handlers to manage post-litigated EL/PL Clinical Negligence claims in the fast moving and challenging healthcare sector. For this role you must have good knowledge of clinical negligence.
You will be working with fee earners in the specialist department to provide advise on many aspects of healthcare law, including clinical negligence, patient safety, consent to treatment, human rights, child law and mental health for a top 45 law firm.
