Position Overview
As an Agency Manager, you will receive... · $40,000 - $45,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $75,000 - $100,000/yr · Base pay will be determined upon interview and work experience · Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) · Medical · Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no weekends required · Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within the agency Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Responsibilities · Establish strong relationships with staff and clients · Recruiting, screening, and training new agents · Follow all agency regulations, guidelines, policies and ensuring staff does the same · Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.

Requirements · Ability to speak Spanish fluently – Strongly Preferred · Ability to commute to our office in Dallas, TX · Excellent time management skills · Active Texas Health and Life Insurance sales license – Strongly Preferred · 2+ years of active insurance sales experience – Preferred · 2+ years of Management/Sales Management – Required · Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs · Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening · People-oriented · Detail oriented · Proactive in problem solving · Able to learn computer functions · Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
