Position Title: HR Generalist

This position is partially remote with travel to Gainesville and other Haven locations as needed for New Hire Orientation and other trainings or business needs as they arise. This position will include a major focus on recruiting.

Overview:

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing day to day support across the organization for all people-related elements. The HR Generalist coordinates various activities including, but not limited to recruiting and on-boarding, employment and personnel documentation, compensation, and employee relations. This position requires involvement with sensitive and confidential information and considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. At Haven, each employee's job exists in some way to serve the patients and families that we support, and this role supports each employee to ensure they have the necessary elements to deliver on their objectives in support of each patient and family. This is a hybrid position.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field required. • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience. Experience in a fast-paced health care environment is preferred.
