Your responsibilities could include…
Your responsibilities could include…
· Supervise and Lead a small crew of 2-3 and participate in all job functions
· Install hardscapes, like pavers, patios, fire pits and outside kitchens.
· Knowledgeable about machines, stone and safe material handling, tracking and routing compliance.
· Assuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
· Assuring that our customers receive an exceptional Borst experience
· Training and mentoring the staff assigned to complete landscape projects at commercial and residential properties
· Communicate with client about work orders/job details
· Meet Time, Quality and Performance goals.
Other Requirements:
- NJ driver’s license required
- 3+ years of prior hardscape experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
