Job Overview

Electric motor winders are responsible for assembling and testing electric motor and generator stators.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Ability to read, comprehend, and follow multiple instructions at one time.

· Hand insert coils into the stators.

· Connect tail wires from the coils.

· Hand welding tail wires to the leads.

· Ability to lift motors with the hoist.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Attention to detail is a must.

· Effectively communicate and work in a team environment.

· Willingness to adapt to different work situations.

· Strong work ethic.

· Quality minded.

· Physically capable of lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, pushing and pulling, and standing for 8 hour periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.68 per hour
