Job description

We are in need of a Customer Service professional who enjoys working with animals and has a background in client services. This position will be assisting our doggie daycare/veterinary centers and assisting with phone calls and client needs.

Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls for multiple locations
• Booking appointments and reservations
• Updating daily excel chat call tracker
• Handling all NEW CLIENT phone calls
• Lead Reports for all locations (incoming requests from booking systems, GINGR, ALLYDVM, CORNERSTONE, VET PORT etc.)
• Yelp, GMB Form Submissions
• Answering Chat emails for all locations
• Tours of the facilities
• Any and all new client questions
• Upselling services for all other locations through lead report and through chat inquiries and calls
• Any additional front desk needs
• Staying up to date on promotions at all locations and ensuring all clients are aware of those promotions when booking
• Staying up to date on any and all changes of services, prices, policies and procedures for each location
• Attending any and all conference calls

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of high-volume customer service
• 1+ years of veterinary or pet care industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
