Guest Reception Host / Hostess
Comfort Inn & Suites in Mandan, ND is looking to hire a part-time Guest Reception Host / Hostess to help create a fantastic supper experience for our hotel guests. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST HOST / HOSTESS
As a Guest Reception Host / Hostess, you work to curate a delicious and relaxing supper experience for our guests. You come in Monday thru Thursday to prepare a delicious supper while following operational policies and meeting hotel standards. Diligently, you set out the food and refresh the containers as supplies get low. You would also pour wine or beer for guests upon request. You keep the food serving area clean and sanitized.
With your excellent customer service skills, you interact with our guests and ensure they are satisfied with their food. If a guest has a complaint, you either resolve the issue to the best of your ability or pass the complaint on to upper management. You put away the food after guest reception is over and thoroughly clean all surfaces. You feel great about working hard to keep our guests happy and full!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GUEST RECEPTION HOST / HOSTESS
- Education up to an 11th-grade level
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- 21 years old or older
A high school diploma or equivalent would be preferred but not required. Experience working in either food service or customer service is also preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A GUEST RECEPTION HOST / HOSTESS
This full-time position typically works 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, 4 days a week.
