The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 65,000 to $ 140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

This is What You Will do in This Role:

GSO Process standards and governance

• Partner with GSO regional Management organizations to improve processes and implement best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and global tools and definition harmonization enabling one global team
• Execute business operations change management for select strategic GSO programs
• Create and maintain change management strategies to support strategic initiatives

Operations Support

• Partner with, align with, and support global business operations processes
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business strategy, priorities, and direction
• Provide visibility to GSO programs as they relate to budget, spend, and business strategy
• Ensure reporting alignment of GSO programs with the annual operating plan and strategic plan
• Align with Global Program Management to support reporting against the Dematic standard process (GOLD)

GSO Measurement:

• Support identification and implementation of improvement topics
• Partner with the data enablement team and regions to install KPIs and Metrics
• Drive GSO resource capacity and demand process and reporting

Tasks and Qualifications:

What We are Looking For:

• 10 years of experience in process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Track Record of implementing PMO processes and standards in a global setting
• Able to communicate successfully across multiple teams and levels of the company
• Able to lead and influence teams with no direct reporting responsibility
• A Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
• Able to demonstrate collaborative outcomes in unstructured and ambiguous environments
• Familiar with a variety of software development methodologies and processes
• Track record of developing and executing effective change management strategies
• Formal Change Management Certificate or training
