ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join our growing team! ProfitSolv is hiring this position for our family companies, CosmoLex and Rocket Matter.

The primary functions of this position are to service inbound/outbound cross-sell related inquiries with existing customers, understanding their needs while ensuring a smooth cross-sell process. A successful Growth Specialist should be able to build instant rapport, successfully demo different cross-sell products, and achieve customer satisfaction while closing the cross-sale and meeting targets.

As a Growth Specialist, you will:

  • Research and qualify new leads
  • Identify sales opportunities, answer potential customers’ questions, and send additional information via email
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
  • Upsell products and services, close sales, and achieve sales targets
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product
  • Complete other duties as assigned

This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.

A great fit for this position has:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position
  • Experience in SaaS sales
  • 1-3 years of experience creating/maintaining business relationships via telephone
  • Experience presenting via the web and in-person to both small and large groups
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to form solid relationships cross-functionally
  • Disciplined organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • A proven track record of high performance and achieving goals
  • The ability to work remotely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
