Job description
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities.
- Daily blowing of walkways and collect debris throughout the entire campus/property
- Clean and remove leaves/debris from all gutters of buildings and residential units (when applicable)
- Clean gutters and downspouts on single family residences and town homes. Must climb ladders to
perform this duty - Pressure wash walkways and driveways throughout the entire campus/property
- Maintain the irrigation equipment in proper working conditions on the entire property
- Responsible for the beautification of the ground for the entire campus/property

Experience
Required- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skilled with landscaping and/or ground keeping tasks combined with one year experience. Experience in the horticultural, preferably licensed.
