Bent Tree is a vibrant private gated community located in the North Georgia mountains of Pickens County. The full-service community offers an 18-hole championship golf course; Lake Tamarack featuring kayaking, fishing, and beach; a tennis/pickleball center, The Tavern and Club Tamarack restaurants; outdoor aquatics; and an equestrian center.

We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is a newly created position that reports to the Director of Operations. The position will work in conjunction with the Lake & Wildlife Committee to vastly enhance the routine and preventive maintenance of our outdoor facilities. This hands-on position will oversee a team of 3 full-time employees. Key responsibilities of this position will be maintenance oversite of Lake Tamarack (lake, dam and beach), a Dog Park, hiking and horse trails, and an Equestrian arena. Ability to devise work plans, coordinate improvement projects, manage budget and inspection of facilities to maintain quality control is essential. Ability to operate machinery such as mowers, bunker rake, skid steer and excavator preferred. General carpentry skills a plus.
