CoWorx Staffing Services has IMMEDIATE openings for Grinder/ Polishers in Sanford, ME! This second shift position pays a competitive $19.80 per hour and is entry-level! However, you may be asked to train on first shift.
Responsibilities:
• Read and perform simple mathematical functions. • Read and interpret blueprints and shop instructions. • Distinguish between sealing surfaces and finish panels. • Grind Cold Rolled Steel metal without weakening or breaking-thru the product, resulting in rework. • Recognize and reject failed welds, breached welds, or insufficient welds, prior to or during the grind process.
Desired Background/Skills:
• Must be at least 18 years old. • Knowledge of hand tools (Grinders, saws, cutting tools, measuring equipment, and various hand tools).
