Job description
Mr Bagel Meister Leland is looking for a grill cook/ sandwich maker, either full time or part-time weekends to join our 5-7 person team. Employees enjoy every afternoon & evening off with the shop's schedule.
Responsibilities
With a Sandwich Only menu, the Grill Cook prepares sandwiches with grilled breakfast and deli meats, veggies, and fresh eggs, ready for counter service.
Job requirements include food prep (slicing meats/veggies, stocking station, etc), clean up and bagel prep for baking. Baking can be included in duties with earlier shifts if desired.
According to team schedules as needed, the grill cook may also prepare cold station orders (cream cheese bagels, lox sandwiches).
Periodically perform station maintenance/ "deep cleaning".
All shifts range from 6am-2:30pm
Shop hours are 6:30-2pm. Sundays Close at 12 noon.
Qualifications
Experience preferred, but not required if willing to learn.
Positive attitude required.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
