Radnor Valley Country Club is looking to hire a Grill Cook.

The Grill Cook is responsible for the daily preparation of all food items in their station while maintaining an emphasis on Quality, Appearance, and Cleanliness.

This position reports to the Executive Chef & Sous Chef.

DailyDuties & Responsibilities

• Prepare/maintain station prior to, and during all services.
• Follow menu item specifications and directions set by Executive Chef & Sous Chef.
• Assist culinary team with keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and organized.
• Deliver a delicious, unique memorable experience to every guest.
• Play a key role in the collaboration of menu items.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Must have a solid knowledge of meat temperatures.
• Must be skilled in portioning various raw protein products.
• Maintains cleanliness and health code standards.
• Possess problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Able to meet fast paced deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
• Able to take direction and work well within a team environment.
• Perform additional job functions, assignments, and duties as required. (Example: Action Stations on Floor)

Requirements

• Must have own reliable vehicle as we are not close to public transportation.
• Must have previous grill experience.
• Background check required.

Wadge: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
