Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Graphic Designer
- Create and design various materials for print and digital media.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establish the creative direction for the squadron as well as brand guidelines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Provide and develop digital icons, banners, and symbols to be included in organizational software and websites.
Required Skills and Experience
***Must have outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills***
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
- An excellent eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
- Familiarity with HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- A portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
Professional Certifications

Formal Education
Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
Years of Professional Experience
2+ years’ experience in graphic design
Security Clearance Requirements
Must possess a Secret clearance with Top-Secret eligibility
